Cordiali is a value-priced Italian sparkling label (Vinicola Cordiali) producing Prosecco DOC from the Glera grape in the Veneto region of northeast Italy, available in both Brut and Extra Dry styles. Like most Prosecco, it’s made using the Charmat (tank) method, which preserves the grape’s fresh, fruity character and delivers soft, lively bubbles. Expect a pale straw color with aromas of green apple, pear, and white flowers, a light-bodied palate of citrus and stone fruit, and bright acidity — the Extra Dry version carrying a subtle touch of sweetness that makes it especially easy-drinking.
