Sourced from California’s Central and North Coasts, and its Sauvignon Blanc is deliberately made in a richer, “un-New-Zealand” style. Small additions of Chenin Blanc and Roussanne (depending on vintage) add body, brightness, and texture, so instead of aggressive grass and grapefruit you get a fuller, softer wine — aromas of melon, tropical fruit, fresh lemon, and white flowers, and a palate layered with peach, lime, apple, and passionfruit balanced by zesty but polished acidity.
