The grapes are hand-picked about twenty days before full maturity to preserve freshness and notes of strawberry and cranberry, and the wine is vinified in steel. In the glass it’s a pale, brilliant pink with aromas of wild strawberry, currant, and citrus blossom, followed by fresh peach, strawberry, and raspberry flavors, crisp acidity, and a clean, slightly salty finish. The rose pairs nicely with raw fish, shellfish, light pastas, and appetizers.
