Because Simone on Sunset holds a full Texas liquor license, we can supply the drinks ourselves and take care of the TABC filing for your event. You plan the party, and we handle the bar.

Your event menu comes from the same bar program we run in Rice Village, not a generic catering list. We’ll help you pick drinks that suit your crowd and the occasion, whether that’s a couple of crowd-pleasers or a full menu built around your party.

Black Walnut Old-Fashioned: Angel’s Envy bourbon with black walnut liqueur, mole bitters, and a smoked cinnamon finish. It’s our go-to for whiskey drinkers.
Elena’s Gin & Tonic: Empress gin, crème de violette, and elderflower tonic, finished with rosemary smoke. It’s violet in the glass and guests photograph it every time.
Simone Espresso Martini: 818 tequila reposado with Borghetti espresso liqueur and fresh-brewed espresso, topped with coffee beans. It’s the drink that turns a party’s second hour into its best one.
Vodkadora: Vodka, fresh raspberries, lime, ginger beer, and a touch of rose water. It’s light and easy to love.

Want something just for your event? We can create a signature cocktail for you, named after the couple, the company, or the guest of honor.
Not every guest drinks, and some events are dry by design. Our mocktails get the same fresh ingredients and care as our cocktails. The Spicy Paloma, with fresh grapefruit, lime, and a jalapeño kick, is already a spirit-free favorite at the bar. We can build a full zero-proof menu or add a few mocktails alongside the cocktails.

When you book Simone on Sunset, the bartenders come with the bar. Our team works behind the Simone bar every week, so they know how to keep a line moving, check IDs, and keep a party fun without letting it get out of hand. We bring the drinks, so you don’t have to coordinate a bartending service and a liquor order separately.
Yes. Simone on Sunset holds a full Texas liquor license, so we can bring and serve our own beer, wine, and cocktails at your event. We handle the event paperwork with TABC.
